I think midlife is when the Universe gently places her hand upon your shoulders, pulls you close, and whispers in your ear: I’m not screwing around. It’s time.

As a woman who celebrated my 50th birthday on March 15th 2018, I have been experiencing the sense that "it's time" first hand.

As a culture, we talk about what happens at midlife as a crisis.  Which sets us up for resignation and regret.  It can seem like it's too late to fulfill some of our bigger dreams.

To me, it feels more like an opportunity than a crisis.  You can see the "big" birthdays as an opportunity for reflection, for re-imagining what is possible and, perhaps, for reinvention.

I created The Midlife Courage Project because I believe - wholeheartedly - that, at midlife, it's too late NOT to pursue some of your bigger and bolder dreams.  If there are things that you've always wanted to do, later is here.  It's time.

I'm SO excited to take this courage-fueled journey with you.

There’s a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.
