365 Days of Courage #59: Just be happy.

Yesterday, I talked about an interview with @bronnieware on the Good Life Project.

At the end of the interview, Jonathan Fields asked Bronnie what advice she would give about living a good life.

I loved her answer:

"Just be happy. Give yourself permission to be happy. Make a choice every day as best you can towards happiness."

It really is as simple as that, isn't it?

Make choices that lead you towards happiness. Each and every day.

I think it is the permission-giving piece of this that too many of us struggle with.

What makes you happy?

Do you find it hard to give yourself permission to be happy? Is it something that you gravitate towards naturally or do you find yourself struggling to do things on a daily basis that make you happy?

Wishing you a happy final day of February and here's to a BRAND NEW MONTH tomorrow!

Tomorrow is the first blank page of a 31 page book. Make March an absolute page-turner!!

I took this photo in Rome in March last year. I think it was the night before my 50th birthday It was such a happy trip and this photo reminds me of what happy feels like. I’m not saying that it takes a trip to Rome to be happy (although it doesn’t hurt!) but this photo was the photo that came to mind when I heard the word “happy”.
