To provide the accountability you need to make sure you do the daily and weekly activities that will keep you on track to make this next chapter an absolute page-turner.

Coach in Your Corner gives you the support of a life and business coach as you make the changes that you want to make.  For as long as you need that support.

In our work together, I can help you to:

  • get clear on your 3-5 year vision for your life and to understand why it is so important to have that longer-term vision;

  • plan your 12 month goals to set you on target for your longer vision;

  • create 90 day plans with the projects you want to complete and the daily and weekly activities you need to do to meet your 90 day goals;

  • provide accountability to ensure that you are staying focused on those daily and weekly activities rather than getting distracted and off-track;

  • get a fresh and objective perspective that can be hard for you to see by yourself;

  • stop the patterns of self-sabotage or handle the fears which always show up when we start anything new or creative or innovative; and

  • encourage, support and advise you as you take steps towards your bigger goal.

  • six 60 minute calls (2 calls per month for 3 months);

6 months
$2,400

  • twelve 60 minute calls (2 calls per month for 6 months);

  • one 90 minute session during the course of the 6 month period;

  • customized assignments for you to complete between calls;

  • as-needed check-ins or quick coaching before important events;

  • email support between our calls;

  • free access to Your Next Chapter Map online course ($350 value); and

  • 6 month membership of The Next Chapter Lab -available from November 1, 2019 ($180 value).

 

12 months
$7,500

  • up to 3 hours of coaching calls every month for 12 months (can be split into three 60 minute calls or four 45 minute calls each month);

  • four 90 minute quarterly planning sessions during the course of the 12 month period;

  • a 1 day in-person retreat in New York or Chicago (does not include travel or accommodation);

  • customized assignments for you to complete between calls;

  • as-needed check-ins or quick coaching before important events;

  • email support between our calls;

  • free access to Your Next Chapter Map online course ($350 value); and

  • 12 month membership of The Next Chapter Lab -available from November 1, 2019 ($300 value).


Monthly payment plans are available for the above packages.

You can also share any of the above coaching plans with a friend. Simply split the cost between the two of you and attend coaching calls together. Why the 3, 6 or 12 month commitment instead of being able to buy a package of sessions that you can use as and when you want to book them?

I created Coach in Your Corner as a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment because most women I know tend to be slippery creatures when it comes to making ourselves a priority.  (Or is that just me?!)  I found that when I worked with my own coach with a coaching package that had no deadline or expiration date to it, I would often cancel my coaching sessions at the last minute because I told myself that I had “more important” things to do.  So I never gained the traction I was hoping for or took full advantage of the accountability that a coach provides because I kept getting in my own way.

A huge part of the work I want to do with The Midlife Courage Project is helping women in their 40’s and 50’s to get rid of the habits that are sabotaging them from reaching their fullest and most satisfying potential and to learn and practice new habits that will support them to create lives that will lead to irresistible obituaries.  This can't happen when we work together in fits and starts.  It takes the accountability of showing up to our calls 2 to 4 times per month to truly master and consistently practice those new habits.  It takes time to learn and practice new skills or habits.  You have been practicing the habits that haven't served you well for years or even decades so it is going to take some time to replace those habits with habits that will support you and allow you to build real momentum.

If something genuinely comes up which prevents you from using all of your time one month, I will happily rollover a session or two to the next month.  However, as your coach, I am going to encourage and support you to make our coaching sessions your priority so that you can get the greatest value from the investment you are making in yourself.
