Step One:
Make space to create your next chapter

Too often we know that something has to change but we feel so overwhelmed already that we can't imagine finding the time or energy to do anything about it.

This first step is designed to help you to eliminate some of the stress and overwhelm and to make space in your calendar so that you have the mental and physical energy to devote to figuring out your next chapter.  So many women I talk to know that there are changes they passionately want to make but they genuinely believe that they simply don't have the time and energy to do anything about it.  I know from my own experience that it is possible to make your most meaningful dreams a priority and, however busy your life may be, there are strategies for clearing mental and physical space so that - moving forward - you can make this your focus.

I’m not going to go full Marie Kondo on you but I wholeheartedly believe that our physical space reflects our inner mental space and that when we clear our physical space, we also open up space and energy mentally.

In this session, we will also get really clear on where you’re starting this journey by taking a snapshot of your current life.

When you’re trying to find directions on Google Map or when you’re ordering an Uber, you need to indicate where you’re starting your journey. This is just as true in figuring out a physical journey as it is in figuring out a life journey.

We will take inventory of your life right now and see how your current habits are supporting or sabotaging the changes you want to make in your life.

For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way. Something to be got through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.
